Bramble Realms ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Jason Michael Waite, trading as Bramble Realms (ABN 55 629 053 788), based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what information Bramble Realms collects when you play the game — on the web, iOS, or Android — and how it's used.

We do not collect or store your payment card, bank, or other financial account details. Purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google, and we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising — Bramble Realms does not currently show ads.

Bramble Realms runs on Cloudflare's global network, which means data may be processed in countries other than Australia in order to deliver the service quickly wherever you're playing. All connections to Bramble Realms are encrypted in transit.
We keep your account and save data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll action it, subject to what we're required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud‑prevention purposes (for example, purchase records).

Bramble Realms features stylised, cartoon combat with no blood, gore, or strong language, and is intended for a general audience. It is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect more information from any player than is needed to provide the game's core features (an account, cloud save, and purchases). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information beyond this, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry‑standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session handling, and access controls on our backend systems. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know in‑app.
